YOGA CLASSES

 

We presently offer FLOW YOGA twice a week ongoing with instructor Sarah Siblikova New students are always welcome.

Flow Yoga is a dynamic type of yoga linking postures by the breath in challenging sequences to explore our potential. This creative style quickly develops strength, flexibility, stamina and vitality on the physical level, while also working deeply on our subtle energy system.

 

  Each class will include:

  • A gentle warm up
  • Yogic breathing (pranayama)
  • A variety of yoga postures to condition the major joints and muscles groups
  • Closing cooling sequence and a deep relaxation.

These classes are ongoing and there is no need to pre-register. Yoga mats are provided or you are welcome to bring your own. A change room is provided with complimentary filtered drinking water.
