YOGA CLASSES
Flow Yoga Fitness Classes Toronto Studios
Each class will include:
- A gentle warm up
- Yogic breathing (pranayama)
- A variety of yoga postures to condition the major joints and muscles groups
- Closing cooling sequence and a deep relaxation.
These classes are ongoing and there is no need to pre-register. Yoga mats are provided or you are welcome to bring your own. A change room is provided with complimentary filtered drinking water.
